Excerpts from the article:
From the mountains of Virginia to Milan and back, Constance McCardle does couture like no other. Well, at least no other in Westchester. The Viirginia-born evening-wear designer calls the country home and, in her Ossining studio, crafts one -of-a-kind haute couture gowns for only the most discerning clients and socialites.”
The article continues to explain the history of Constance McCardle’s career as a fashion designer and the last paragraph finished with ” One of McCardle’s regular clients is Helen Katz of Armonk. As the proprietor f the Havana Club in Miami, a truy “jet-setter”, Katz’s world is a whirl of red-carpet appearances and promotional events.” Katz is quoted, “Every piece that (McCardle) makes is so unique and fits perfectly to the body. I was so impressed with her work that I ended up buying five of her gowns!”
